How trainer training works: blended online + on-site practical

Your trainer candidate must be an experienced boom lift operator, familiar with the controls and safe operating procedures. We build on that experience and teach them to train and certify others.

1. Online theory

Your trainer candidate completes the theory on a computer, tablet or phone, when it suits your schedule, with a final exam at the end.

2. On-site practical training

Our trainer comes to your site and works with your candidate on your boom lifts: how to teach, coach and correct operators, and how to run a training session safely.

3. Practical evaluation

Your candidate completes an evaluation of one of your operators while our trainer watches, so we know they can evaluate and certify on their own.

4. Trainer certificate

A trainer who passes gets a certificate on a free digital wallet card, good for three years, and can start certifying your operators.

On-site Training Services has provided us with great quality services for the last few years. The trainer was thorough, reliable, friendly and professional. The best part is they come to us whenever we need them. I recommend On-site Equipment Trainers to anyone that wants their operators certified conveniently and without any complications.

The courses have always been very professional and reputable. A certification from this group will get you recognized as being professional, and your operators will be much better for it and it will show others working in proximity what are safe operating procedures. I would indeed recommend this service to any business in need of certification.
